I was referring how the 2nd one you posted reminds me of Heavy Arms Custom. A 1/100 Kit of it that I actually have and the only one I ever built. But... it isn't worth posting a picture of as I'm not a good model enthusiast.
That second picture uses the shoulder armor missile launchers and leg missile launchers of the Heavy Arms Custom from Gundam Wing Endless Waltz. I think in Japan it's called the Heavy Arms Kai. Full name XXXG-01H2 Gundam Heavyarms Custom. There seems to be a few kits for it a 1/100 and 1/144 kit.
