Is there a version of your super amazing famous thread in the TftB sub-forum? I figure it might be a good idea for me to check out the first couple of pages when I finish the episode.

Now I am just having some trouble getting to play the rest of the episodes, since I am in iOS, and I don't have a credit card, and my parents do not use their cards on the internet because reasons. And they don't sell gift cards where I live.
The first section of Life is Strange Ep1 has got me intrigued. Seeing as the first ep is free thought I'd give it a go. The premise of time travel in choice based game is strange, then seeing this travel is very interesting. Max seems like an 'outside' kid, shutting herself out with music, ashamed of own work, not much confidence. Perhaps the option to change her actions will make her stronger?
I shall try the rest of the episode soon.
Poor facial animations though, the lips hardly move.

Yeah, it was a mess. I guess at least Ubisooft tried to improve it. That's more than what Avalanche has done for Just Cause 3, where every new "patch" has made the performance worse on consoles and some players on PC can't even start it now, because of something with the RAM being broken as of the latest update (one had 16GB of RAM and can't even start it for fuck's sake).
Where I am in the story (ep1 just got to the dorms) then I watched some netflix as it was late - I thought the principal sounded strange and had weird head movements. (creeped me out a bit)
Max's voice was good, fits the teenage character well - that sort of dull, fed up teenage voice. Pretty standard VA tbh, hope it doesnt progressively get poorer VA's delivery. Only time will tell on how I feel though.
My favourite into to a video game characters VA is Tales from the borderlands - Troy Baker delivery has and always will be perfect.
