Need activation help with games previously purchased

On my "Past Purchases" page, my previous orders are listed but there is no way to download "Sam & Max S2" and "The Tales of Monkey Island" from my order placed back in November 2009. The confirmation email I received for this order left the serial numbers blank for both of these games. Listed below is the order number. Thank you, Kristine

    Hi dkmarino,
    Looks like you purchased both games as a gift. Once the gift is redeemed by the giftee, it's the giftee that receives the serial, not the gifter. Unless you gave the games to yourself and signed on with a different email address.
