Ben Affleck (Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice)
Frank Miller's Batman (The Dark Knight Returns)

Comments
Jared Leto and Heath Ledger were the best Jokers for me - both great in their own ways - Jared as a gangster and Heath being dark and scary. About Batman - Christian Bale was the best for me
Batman:
The Joker:
Batman
01. The Dark Knight Returns
02. Kevin Conroy (BTAS)
03. Ben Affleck (Dawn of Justice)
04. Christian Bale (TDK Trilogy)
05. Michael Keaton (Batman '89 & Returns)
It was tough trying to rank the live action Batman's, as I prefer Ben Affleck's portrayal (esp as hes heavily based on TDKR version), but Christian Bale's characterization is definitely better. Affleck is just too brutal/murderous. Same issue with Keaton, but I really like their portrayals in spite of that.
Joker
01. Mark Hamill (Arkham Trilogy)
02. Heath Ledger (The Dark Knight)
03. Jack Nicholson (Batman '89)
04. John DiMaggio (Under The Red Hood)
05. The Killing Joke
Again with the live action portrayals, I usually cant decide between Jack or Heath, but I gave the edge to Heath as I see Jack more or less a live action version of Mark's Joker (who is undoubtedly my favorite)
The Killing Joke was also Mark Hamill.
In the recent film adaptation. I was talking about the comic.
Even though Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill both voice number 1 and 2 on my list I'm putting them here since they're different characters. I'm ranking them not just for the actor but for what my favourite interpretation of the character was also.
Batman
1 - Kevin Conroy (Arkhamverse)
2 - Kevin Conroy (DCAU)
3 - Bruce Greenwood (Under the Red Hood)
4 - Ben Affleck (DCEU)
5 - Michael Keaton (Batman 1989)
^ Just noticed that it looks like Keaton's Batman was going to grapple Affleck's... ha.
Joker
1 - Mark Hamill (Arkhamverse)
2 - Mark Hamill (DCAU)
3 - Heath Ledger (Nolanverse)
4 - John DiMaggio (Under the Red Hood)
5 - Troy Baker (Arkham Origins)
Honourable mentions for Bats include Will Friedle for Terry McGinnis (only reason I actually excluded him was because I was only placing up Bruce Wayne ones, my list would change if otherwise), Troy Baker in the Telltale game (need to see him in the remaining four episodes, think there's a chance he can get up here though) and of course, the mighty Adam West.
As for the Joker my honourable mentions are Jack Nicholson (I just prefer all the other versions I put on this list over him) and Jared Leto (who like Baker, is not on it because I want to see more of him first).
Interesting. That's what I did too but I always thought that the DCAU and Arkhamverse versions of these 2 characters are very similar if not the same and reminded me of the classic bronge age versions (the killing joke for example) of these two. I might be wrong though since I haven't watched batman TAS in like 7 years while I played the arkham games in the last year.
Batman:
1: Kevin Conroy
2: Christian Bale
3: Michael Keaton
4: Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns
5: Ben Affleck
Joker:
1: Mark Hamill
2: Heath Ledger
3: John Di Maggio
4: Troy Baker
5: Jack Nicholson
(Other than Brent Spiner in Young Justice, I can't really think of any versions of the Joker I've downright hated.)

Joker:
I feel silly now, I actually thought it was Kevin Conroy in under the Red Hood.
