So Batman totally kills people right?

Not seen anyone talk about this, since it was a pretty quick scene. When you choose to save Selina you throw those dart things, and it's very clear that one goes into one of Penguin's goons eye and sprays blood. Now I'm pretty sure that killed him. I just think it's funny how in the same episode you have the option to say, 'I don't kill my enemies'. And then later on, you kill your enemies.

  • I remember someone in one of these threads say that they saw all 3 goons stand up afterwards and walk away...

And the only way that would kill is if the batarang reached the guys brain through his eye...He totally maimed that dude though, taking someones eye is waaay worse than breaking a bone or something, so I'll say that it was a very un-batman thing to do.

  • I don't think it's that hard to believe that they survived.

  • I think Batman just maimed him. It is a serious injury to be sure, but not fatal.

  • In the comics, at various times Batman does every single thing but actually kill people-- he breaks bones, maims people, etc. It seems like a pretty "Batman-in-extremis" thing to do, to me.
