Problem with mac

Hello all,

I'm a big fan of Monkey Island

And I bought the chapter Tales of Monkey Island and downloaded the 1st chapter on MAC

when i launch it

It automatically closes and none of the chapter works

What can i do ??

    It's the weekend so there are fewer Telltale tech support people around, but someone familiar with the Mac version will do their best to help you out as soon as they can!

    In the meantime, have you written in to support@telltalegames.com with your issue? It will reach someone more quickly that way than the forums.

    Thrall, if you can give us more information, especially your system specs and OS version, it'll help us figure out what's going on. Even more helpful would be a crash log, the information that comes up if you get a Stopped Unexpectedly message and click Report.

    I checked the support log for you and there are no tickets that I can see. Did you get an automated reply with a ticket number? May I have that number if so?

    with an 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
    and a ATI Radeon HD 2600 pro

    Did you get an automated reply mail after writing to support@telltalegames.com? That message contains the ticket number (sth. like "issue-12345"). If you didn't get it please also check your spam filter.

    Your screenshot shows the error message. The crash log seher requested should come up if you click on "Rapport..." in that window.

    I have found a temporary solution :

    right clik on the MI app --> show package content --> contents ---> MAC os --> mac game

    then the game works

    but it's still an temporary solution

    hope you can ficks it ^^

    It's installed in Application i think... ( im not a voodoo of the computers ^^ )

    This isn't a permanent solution but mine was doing the same thing and this is how I got it to run. Right-click on the Monkey Island application and click on "Show Package Contents". Open up the "Contents" folder and then open up the "Mac OS" folder. Right-click the "Mac_Game" file and tell it to open with "Terminal". This will start the game up for you. It looks like there's some sort of glitch in the launching portion of the application.
