What's your standard framerate. I have the same graphics card, and I get anywhere between 20-25 FPS in large area's (rooftops, factory, Wayn… moree enterprise), and 30-45 in small rooms (Hospital, Selina's apartment, Batcave, Underground in Wayne Tech), and that's with a resolution of 1020x720.

It's usually around 40 but quite similiar to you. The game usually freezex in the Batcave for some reason.
