They're probably making a patch for performance issues, as it has been stated in one review that they are worse than ever in Ep 4.
Unfortunately there is one thing that drags this episode down more than the others. I’ve mentioned before that Telltale games in general, and this one in particular have been suffering from some discomforting technical issues. Some were pretty bad, though they could usually be ignored thanks to the immersive qualities of the game’s story.
Episode 4 crosses this line though, as the technical issues were quite extreme this time. It could be that Batman: The Telltale Series has been releasing on a steady schedule of one episode a month, and things just got crunched this time. It’s tough to say, but the result is that there are major problems with this episode in particular.
Moderator please change your release date for PC to comming soon as now thier support article says PC version comming soon and for Xbox 360 it shows pending I think that probably also means comming soon
Unbelievable they wouldn't give an update. I've seen much smaller studios inform people about the duration of their releases. I know telltale has always been bad for this, but honestly I'm extremely disappointed in how they keep that reputation up even in cases when they should be held up to their word on a release date.
edit: People say none of this has anything to do with them branching out and doing multiple games with a larger team, but honestly this sort of disorganization really does make me question whats going on. This isn't the only instance.

Welp, I thought it'd be out by now. Hopefully they'll manage to release it until Friday. But judging by how fast they usually release patches, I'm not holding my breath, lol.
I know I'm not supposed to respond to my own post, but this is quite ridiculous. What an insult to their fans. Really unfortunate they couldn't hold true to their timetable, and then leave people waiting in the dark with nothing. I really like this company, but their communicative skills have always been a bit of a joke. In a case like this, no words. Their release date is going to be a lie, and they had nothing to say. They're been awful good timetables and this is a good time as any to work on that. For telltale, people are more angry that you keep them in the dark so long rather than many other developers.

Well telltale are retweeting and posting; which just goes to show they're active, maybe because we aren't a voice actor or member of the press I'm not getting an answer, maybe if touch arcade or pocketgamer asked the question, we'd get an answer. It's disgusting, when I pay every time a full season pass on every game they bring out and this is the attitude I get...oh he's on about mobile again (iOS) lets just ignore him, maybe he'll go away....not until us loyal iOS/mobile games get an answer, it was supposed to release alongside pc/Xbox/PS4..now for the love of god, give us an answer where/when is it releasing, telltale staff you must know, where's support? Exactly...why annouce something, this has turned into one big mess. It takes two minutes to reply. No crap about being too tied up with the walking dead, this is a separate property with a different team managing it. So none of the crap.

Now we wait another week for ios optimisation...grr so annoying, why don't they optimise it before hand..they know it happens every time.
