  • Yeah, most likely Alfred will be fine no matter what. But you have to figure when Alfred calls Bruce and tells him Harvey is there with a bunch of guys that Bruce's main concern is making sure Alfred is safe, not the house itself. I thought so anyway.

  • He tells Alfred to hide in the Batcave, so I'm pretty sure he's safe. And I'm saying that, in order to go after Harvey, the rest of the CoA, and Vicki, I'm going to need Batman at full strength, that's including all of his tech. Yes my attention will be split, but if I take down the CoA first, which is pretty much Dent's goal at this point, he will be much easier to take down. Why go after both at the same time when I can prioritize one, and then focus on the other.

But taking down the Penguin doesn't eliminate the children so now your attention will still be split between Harvey and Vicki in episode 5.

Even with telling Alfred to hide i'd still consider making Alfred and Lucius saftey my top priority over the tech. I don't go after both at the same time, I prioritize taking Harvey down over the CoA so i can completely eliminate him from the problem and can now focus on one evil agenda instead of two. If you take down Penguin, you might cripple the CoA slightly but they're still out there with Vicki. I rather go after the threat that can be eliminated all together in Harvey. Plus, (At least for me) i'm not worried about the tech beyond my identity. I'll just take them down the old fashioned way. Fists and my God given intelligence.

He tells Alfred to hide in the Batcave, so I'm pretty sure he's safe. And I'm saying that, in order to go after Harvey, the rest of the CoA,

  • A lot of people didn't promise the Joker the favor because of who he is and what he'll probably do. But that's the exact reason i did promise him the favor. I know it's going to come back and bite me and i look forward to the mayhem it'll cause.

  • I don't know that you're safe from the Joker if you don't promise the favor. If you promise a favor he will go to you and demand the favor. And you'll either not want to because it's a horrific favor or it's kind of a weird thing but doable except you know who he is (and even Bruce saw some disturbing things without knowing who he is) and he won't react well if you turn him down. But who is to say he won't come after you for not being willing to do him one tiny favor when he gets you out? Or he could still think you owe him the favor even if you didn't agree and try to collect.

  • I originally promised Joker a favor because Bruce probably has no idea exactly what to expect from him and has no idea the kind of monster he's dealing with.

I had Bruce try and break up the fight because I don't think for a second he'd leave lives at risk just to help himself.

I had Alfred ram the barricade because it was cooler and because I didn't think Bruce would ever support a corrupt institution.

I went to Harvey as Bruce because I wanted to appeal to him one last time as a friend (and because I knew, having not saved Harvey, that he hated Batman).

I went after Penguin because I thought I'd really need all the tech at my disposal in order to stop the Children of Arkham, and that I was sure that Alfred and the Batcave would be safe. Though having replayed it, I think I prefer the ending where you square off against Two-Face and go dark more.

  • Oh, i'll have no problem granting him the favor. I'm looking forward to it.

    • Didn't agree to own the Joker a favour (I'm not taking any chances)
    • Made a call to Gordon (A safer bet than calling the lawyers)
    • Rammed the barricade (I'm not gonna help those guys to get even more "toys", they were already to happy to intimidate others).
    • Went to talk to Harvey as Batman (Since talking to him as Bruce didn't help at all)
    • Went to the mansion (I was afraid that Harvey is going to kill Alfred if I don't)
  • Oh, that's interesting. I saw calling the lawyers as a safer bet because Harvey just having Bruce committed seemed all kinds of illegal when at most he should be facing some assault charges. The lawyers are paid to be there and to do this kind of stuff while I wasn't sure what kind of power Gordon would have with his boss doing this and I didn't want to make his life harder.

    * Didn't agree to own the Joker a favour (I'm not taking any chances) * Made a call to Gordon (A safer bet than calling the lawyers) * Ram

  • True, but with Harvey being the major (and the person who sent Bruce to Arkham) I wasn't sure the lawyers will want to or be able to help. Gordon on the other hand not only had a good opinion of Bruce but also knew about the drug and what it does to people.

    1. I told Joker I wouldn't help him out of Asylum
    2. i used the phone to call Gordon
    3. i paid the officers
    4. Chose to meet Dent as Bruce. Gordon saves me from cops who were about to kill me in an alley. I managed to talk to Gordon and tell him to bend the rules to help him arrest Dent
    5. i went to Wayne Manor. I couldn't live with myself if Alfred died!
    6. I sent Dent to Arkham. Thought he'd make a nice friend in there

Denied John Doe a favor, because even if I didn't know who he really was, I wouldn't trust him.

Not sure if it's really important, but I kept the key he gave me, too.

Break up the fight, because Batman wouldn't let someone die for a phone call, plus I'm sure I'll get another chance to tell Gordon I want to testify.

Ram through the barricade, because I am so fucking done with everybody in this city.

Visit Harvey as Batman, still a little split on this one but I figured I'd have a better chance since Harvey is Batman's biggest fan in my version, plus that buddy scene at the end between Batman and Gordon was awesome.

Go to Wayne Manor, the technology can be replaced, especially with Lucius working with me, and with Harvey out of the way I can focus solely on the Children of Arkham. Plus, having Alfred as my backup was so fucking badass.

Send Harvey to Arkham, so Harvey has some small chance of getting treatment, plus a little bit of payback for me.

  • I confronted Harvey as Batman. If anything, I just wanted to give Harvey and Bats more screen time together.

  • Here is my Choices for Batman Telltale Game Episode 4
    Denied Jokers Favor
    Use The Phone
    Give Money To Enforcer
Choose Batman to go see Harvey Dent
Choose to Stop Penguin from hacking tech

  • Denied Joker a favor - I just didn't feel comfortable with that idea. Regardless of me knowing who he is, it should be obvious to Bruce how dangerous he is. Wouldn't have to keep it, but I didn't want to agree.

Used the Phone - Of course with this I probably just ruined any standing with the previous decision...But I just felt like it was a necessary move. Things were only going to get worse in Gotham and Bruce couldn't afford to sit idly by. Alfred would be working on it, but better to try and do something. Also decided to call Gordon. Sure, I hadn't always aligned with him during this playthrough, but he's a good guy. He also knows about the drugs and would be someone able and willing to make a move based on that kind of call.

Gave Money to Enforcer - Possible to bust through, but preferred to just get out of there with as little additional chaos as possible. Plus while basically paying a toll is questionable I figured it was better than risking Alfred charging through guys with guns and basically committing a crime as Bruce Wayne.

Visit Harvey as Bruce - Didn't have a great thing going with Harvey as Batman anyways. Plus I did think this was more Bruce's problem. Didn't want to have Batman constantly appearing as Bruce's personal guardian. Wasn't sure if it was possible to get through to him, but I figured it was worth a risk. Didn't go great though...

Go to Wayne Manor - I didn't want to lose the tech. But there was no way I could risk ignoring the situation at the manor. Honestly I wasn't sure if Alfred would stay in the cave or fight to defend the house. In the end tech is secondary to the only family Bruce has left. Going to help him was a given in that situation. Plus it definitely lead to a great showdown with the lack of tech support.

Send Harvey to Arkham - This one was actually tough. I was more concerned about the best place for Harvey, not the most fitting punishment. He did some horrible things, but he also really needed help. Normally I'd consider sending him to prison to be better for sanity considering Arkham....but I still sent him to Arkham. There are still some doctors there who give a damn and they are the only hope Harvey has for his sanity. Wanted to give one last shot at saving his mind.

    1. Didn't owe the joker a favour
    2. Went for the phone
    3. Rammed the barricade
    4. Visited Harvey as batman
    5. Chose to go to Wayne corp to stop penguin
  • Rejected John Doe's offer-- even if I didn't know who he would ultimately become, I would have been skeptical of any deals offered by long term inmates at the Asylum

Stopped the fight-- even if I wanted to get out, I did not want anyone getting hurt or killed for it

Greased the officer-- They already made it clear that the crowd was filming me, so ugh I hated this choice. Paying the officer while on camera is bad, but I thought it'd look worse to go with the more destructive solution

Chose to meet Two-Face as Bruce-- A) He no doubt hates my Batman, and B ) really hoped to appeal to his mercy. And besides the whole face and sleeping with Selina, I was otherwise supportive of him up until then. We're cool, right? (We're not cool)

Went to Wayne Enterprises-- I love Alfred and Lucius, and hope that they could hold their own, but I just felt that Penguin hacking my stuff completely would result in a worse disadvantage and give the bad guys a trove of information and control over the city. I'M SORRY YOU OLD BEAN

I also restrained Penguin. I won the fight, and that's where my use of force stops.

    Oh and the site choices.

The "Choices" page is kinda messed up now, so idk if those are the only choices that are supposed to show up.

    1. I turned down Joker's offer. I'm not cutting deals with any more immoral and/or insane individuals. It's a matter of principle.

    2. I broke up the fight. Batman cannot in good conscience let someone be murdered right in front of him, even if he has to suffer as a result. Screw you Batfleck, my Batman is a hero. lol

    3. Visited Harvey as Batman. I've tried to help him, but then he started abusing his power; it was time to get serious.

    4. Took down Penguin. I had faith that Alfred could handle Harvey, or at least hide-out safely in the Bat Cave. We are a team. And I reasoned that if Penguin cracked the Bat Computer, shut down my tech and outed Batman as Bruce Wayne, it'd put an end to our crusade, permanently. (Of course, I know that wouldn't have happened, but I try to make the decisions I'd make if it were real life, and if all outcomes were possible.)

  • I agreed to owe the Joker a favour - I needed to get out of Arkham, so i had to play nice with who could help me
Used the phone to call Gordon - I wouldn't loose any chance I had to get out of there, and they let the gate open so half the job was done
I paidoff the enforcer - Was just trying to avoid trouble, and money shouldn't be a problem for Bruce
Went as Batman - I saved Harvey in ep2 and slept with Selina in ep3, so Harvey loves my Batman and hates Bruce regardless
Head to Wayne Enterprises - I was afraid with the risk of Penguin finding out about Bruce being Batman and revealing it (even though he should already haveknown), and also I need the Bat Tech more than Wayne Manor and even BatCave (didn't thought Harvey would fu***ng burn my house)

    1. Didn't promise John Doe the favor. Actually I took the silent option. Don't like giving my word when I may not want to follow through.
    2. Made the phone call.
    3. Payed the goons off. Hey, the perks of being a billionaire, right? What's a couple of grand in cash.
    4. Went to Harvey as Bruce. Didn't save him at the debate, so my Harvey hates Batman, no hope would have come from it. I had been nice to him as Bruce, though, felt like there was more chance to sway him that way.
    5. Went to Wayne Enterprises. Can't let Oswald have full access to the tech, he could wreak all kinds of havoc with the drones alone, can't risk him getting something even more powerful. With Alfred safe in the Batcave, the mannor is an acceptable loss. It's but a house, it'll get rebuilt. Or maybe I'll build an ultra modern home next to it, like in Batman v Superman.
  • Agreed to give Joker a favor.

    Made the phone call

    Rammed the barricade

    Went to Harvey as Bruce

    Went to Wayne Manor

  • 1) Made the phonecall to Gordon. I needed to escape somehow, even if it means I will owe the Joker in the future.

2)Paid off the guard. I already have a bad image in the media, don't need to tarnish my reputation more than it already is.

    3) Visited Harvey as Batman. I tried to reason with Harvey before, he's too far gone. Time for the Batman to take over.

    4) Went to Wayne Enterprises. Bruce told Alfred to hide in the Batcave, so he should be fine. Besides, taking down Harvey and the Children of Arkham will be easier if I have my technology.

    5) Knocked out Oswald. I'd been wanting to beat the piss out of him for a while now.

  • 1) I refused to owe Joker a favor. Mainly by accident, although I didn't want to anyway, but through Bruce's POV, he doesn't know who Joker was or what he would become...yet, but I knew stuff. But the way I refused didn't seem right. Wanted to do it in a nicer way. If that's possible.

    2) I made the phone call and chose Gordon instead of calling the lawyers. Thought that by giving him the info on Falcone in Episode 1 was enough to get him to help me. Feel bad though about not breaking up the fight.

    3) I rammed the barricade. Didn't seem right to give money to the guard.

    4) Visited Harvey/Two-Face as Bruce Wayne. I saved Selina in Episode 2, allowing Harvey to become Two-Face, so I was sure that Harvey wouldn't listen to Batman, but maybe listen to Bruce, although I had Bruce sleep with Selina in Episode 3.

    5) Decided to go with picking to go to Wayne Enterprises. When I started the episode, I went in wanting to go to Wayne Manor and defend it, plus save Alfred, but as Episode 4 went on, I liked how things were escalating between Bruce and Harvey, especially after visiting Harvey/Two-Face as Bruce. Things were building so that it seemed that facing off with Harvey/Two-Face in Episode 5 would be more suiting than Penguin. Plus things would escalate further between them with Harvey/Two-Face burning down Wayne Manor. I'm sure Alfred lives though. Bruce DID tell him to get to the batcave when selecting to go to Wayne Enterprises and save the tech/gadgets and face off with Penguin. Oh and then I also liked the conversation between Bruce and Gordon when Gordon saves Bruce from the two cops Harvey/Two-Face assigns to kill Bruce after Bruce and Harvey/Two-Face have a talk on the rooftop. It really did seem like Two-Face was more of the bigger villain than Penguin and that Penguin was more of a side villain. Oh and now that I had time to think instead of when it was in the moment, I had Fox remain at Wayne Enterprises. So I needed to save him also in addition to the tech/gadgets. Alfred I'm sure will be fine.

    6) I decided to restrain Oswald instead of knocking him out.

Looking forward to Episode 5 to see if all my choices conclude in a way that I want/am hoping for.

    1. I didn't take Joker's deal. I know that he isn't a huge villain yet and we all know that in prison, favors are not free. Bruce wasn't in Arkham long anyway for me to start making deals to survive in there.

    2. I stopped the fight. Yeah there are some corrupt orderlies, yet most are just there for a paycheck. I couldn't let an innocent one get killed, it was a difficult choice though.

    3. When Bruce was on the stuff I reacted to it and let out my dark side. I rammed the baricade, though I thought that the option at first was to get out of the car and fight those guys. Looking back that would have been bad as there were armed cops there lol.

    4. I visited Harvey as Batman. Harvey loves Batman and he hates Bruce after catching me at Selina's apartment. Thank you stupid cat for getting me caught lol. I figured that Harvey would probably try to fight Bruce again if he saw me. I beat him up in episode 3 due to him pulling a knife on us. I didn't want to, yet I had to react fast.

    5. I chose to go after Oswald. He nearly caused me to crash in the Bat Mobile and Bruce is wearing Bat gear, I figured that if Oswald caused my suit to malfunction, I'd have a difficult time fighting Two Face while trying to hide my identity. I told Alfred and L to get to the Cave and hide. I already had a score to settle with Oswald anyway.

    6. I broke his legs and knocked him out. I'm playing as normal justice Batman, yet I let my emotions go crazy after he almost killed that kid with the drone earlier. I also was fed up with Penguin and now he will forever walk like a penguin due to his legs.

  • What happens if you restrain him?

    1) I refused to owe Joker a favor. Mainly by accident, although I didn't want to anyway, but through Bruce's POV, he doesn't know who Joker

  • You just tie him up. He is still hung up for the police to find.

What happens if you restrain him?

  • I accepted his offer. I kinda liked him... I wanted see what he'd ask Bruce for.

I went for the phone. I... Well, this is straight up bitchy. I knew Zsasz would kill somebody to match anyway... Might as well let him.

I rammed the barricade. At this point... Bruce's reputation is down the shit hole. What's another broken law?

I went to Harvey as Batman. Because at that point, Bruce Wayne had slept with his girlfriend and Batman had saved his life twice. Who the fuck had the better chance?

I went to Wayne Enterprises. I can take as long as I want to rebuild Wayne Manor, but shit was going in within a few days and Batman would need his gadgets.

I broke Oswald's leg... Can't have a Penguin without his limp. Too bad the game didn't give me the option to force feed him a lot of fish.
