Quick question about the W&G DVD

Hey various Telltale support people,

I bought all of the Wallace and Gromit episodes individually a while ago (I think that was before the season upgrade button was available), and now I'm thinking of picking up the DVD, along with a few other things from your store that need to be shipped.
I seem to remember that owning all of the episodes individually would qualify me for a free season upgrade, or that the dvd would be free, or...something...but whenever I try to do either of those, the upgrade seems to be priced at $20.

Is this right? Perhaps I just missed the boat on the free dvd/upgrade thing by a few months, or totally imagined the deal - but I think that same deal was used for your other games, so it's worth me asking.

Thanks for your time

You remember right (if you purchased all the episodes from Telltale, you are entitled to one free DVD of the season for just the cost of shipping) and you are not too late (the DVD's started shipping about two weeks ago and I'm pretty sure that there's no time limit).
As far as your problem is concerned, I'm sure Telltale will help you during business hours.
    Just a couple of things:
Are you logged in on the Telltale site when you try to add the DVD to your cart?
If so, are you logged in with the same user name as the one you used to purchase the individual episodes?
If you answered yes to those two questions, the DVD's page in the store should say something like "Looks like you already own all the episodes, so for you the disc is free!"
If it does not, you can always e-mail Telltale at support@telltalegames.com to let them know as it is sometimes faster than waiting for a forum reply.

    Yes, to both.
Instead of saying that I own all of the episodes, though, it says "You qualify for a discounted upgrade of just $19.95, plus you get downloads of your games while you wait for the DVD!". So it detects that I have at least one of the games, just not all of them.

And yes, I might email support, but there's no real hurry for me. By the time they get that email they might have noticed this thread, so I'll wait and see.
Anyway, good to know that the deal is still on - thanks!

It's kind of funny that I also get the "You qualify for a discounted upgrade of just $19.95, plus you get downloads of your games while you wait for the DVD!" as not only did I already order the DVD (and therefore should not qualify for more discounts at this time), but $19.95 is the current full price of the season DVD. :D
Also, the Sam & Max season DVD pages have a box where you can enter your order number to see if you qualify for the free DVD, which the Wallace & Gromit page does not have (yet).
If you're in no hurry, just keep an eye on this thread and I'm sure someone from Telltale (probably Bonnie via PM) will come to your rescue very soon!

    Hi Planeforger,
Go ahead and send me a pm or message through support when you're ready. You may need a coupon to get you the free disc if you bought the episodes individually. I'll check it out.

    Cheers,
    bonnie
