CSI 3 Dimensions of Murder PS2 Case #2

I know this game's been out for awhile, but I've only just purchased it and need some assistance...

I'm trying to play Case #2, but after I analyze all of the evidence, it doesn't give me any new locations. Any ideas as to how to fix this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

    I've got the same problem. I've restarted the case and the console like 465276 times! It's probably a bug.

    I am stuck on the part where I need to get a warrant for Craig Landers' car. I sadly asked for a hint and it said I need to match a bullet in the wall from the crime scene to the bullet found in the body. And the bullet found in the wall has a red tag that is faded out. What does that mean? So I go over to the Comparison Microscope and the bullets don't match. What am I missing? I have ALL the evidence needed to get a warrant ACCEPT the bullets. Please help. ~.Very much appreciated.~
