For me I'd say either ep 2 or 3.
Ep 2 was a great episode even though it was short, but ep 3 tried new things telltale never did before plus having another great episode story and with a great ending twist.
Either Episode 3 or Episode 5.
Why 5?
Good impact from our choices, as well as difficult ones, an amazing fight scene with Vicki, probably one of the best directed Telltale episodes, and gives you an ending that answers all of our questions while also setting up future games.
Episode 3. While the other episodes certainly had their strengths, I was hands down gagged by the end of that one.

Episode 5 for me. The final talk with Harvey was pretty intense, plus Lady Arkham fight was probably the best fight Telltale's ever done.
But Episode 2 is really close second. I really loved that episode despite it's length, mainly because of that ending. One of the hardest choice I had to make in any Telltale game.
Episode one or two.
The three was the worst in my opinion.

It's gotta be episode 3.

I don't know. I didn't like it for the fighting.
it's hard for me to say because I really like all the episodes.
But if I had to pick then I think I like ep 4. It's interesting to see how Bruce fairs in an insane asylum. I like the confrontation moment of either Oz or Harvey as well,
I prefer the events if Batman goes to Wayne enterprises first, but the latter choice is okay too.
I'd have to replay the season before giving a definite answer. However, after one playthrough, I'd say ep. 3 was the strongest. It had so many amazing moments, from the introduction of Two Face (in my canon), to Bruce being kicked out of his own company, to the first fight with Lady Arkham, to the night with Selina, and finally to that shocking ending with Vicki.
