Just to make this clear, if you have some concerning things in your feed, please, please, I can't stress this enough, message a moderator with the user name so it can be stopped. We will gladly help you bury whatever is bothering you too. If we have no name, we literally can do nothing. If the person has already been taken care of, we can still help you bury your feed.
My suggestion is to try and stop giving them attention by looking at some nice pictures. Here's two:

I recommended this to a mod to have this idea pitched to Telltale but I think he went offline before he saw my message.
I think the best way to deal with just not the rule 34 messages but any potentially unneeded messages (trolling/harassment/etc) and other problems one may have is to have the ability to delete your own feed. Simply burying it doesn't mean it's gone forever, there's a chance you may want to check something in the past and unfortunately run into that stuff in your feed again (if you see a porn message, you can easily just delete it). I recommend having the option in your feed to delete selected or all of your notifications (that includes unfollowing a thread or PM discussion directly as well, also helping those unsatisfied with the stuck notification bell number). This way you can clear what you don't want permanently, making things easier for everyone.
Also another idea came into my mind just recently, the ability to favourite your notifications (thread discussions, PMs, replies, etc), so if you accidently delete all notifications the ones you favourite will not be permanently deleted.

Yeah. He's likely dead. However, the ambiguous sound of helicopter rotors at the end of the credits hints at his possible salvation.
As for the fatal injuries, this is a man who has been stabbed and drugged with literally elephantine quantities of anaesthetic, sat in a vegetive state for 14 years (keeping his muscle mass through all of that), and still managed to resume Nazi killing literally seconds thereafter without overexerting himself. Medical science doesn't seem to apply to him.
Judging by the fact that he was left behind with several fatal injuries and he ordered his troops to fire upon the base, I seriously doubt he's alive.
But yeah, this game is pretty cool. It was the only Wolfenstein game I ever got into tbh.
