Qualifailing for strong bad DVD

Hi.

Recently I got e-mail, that MI-dvd is pre-ordearable.

I decided to order dvd:s for wallace, strong bad and monkey island.

First and last worked perfectly for nice $0 price, but Strong bad dvd page asks for a qualifying game information.

I have bought first episode as single and have upgraded for full season after that. I tried to use upgrade order number, but it didn't work. says it doesn't qualify.

    Exactly the same problem here.

I had the collector's DVD in my cart, for $0, removed it to quickly place another order, then wanted to chuck it in again. Was greeted with a qualification error. :/

    Up and go!

It still doesn't work and I'd rather like getting my almost free Strongbad the game, the DVDesque!

You guys may have triggered the upgrade flag when ordering and pulling out. I will check your accounts by the end of the day, and you should be able to put the disc in your cart for free for the cost of shipping. Give me until the end of the day to try your orders again.

    Cheers,
    bonnie

    I wasn't that lucky :(

Strong bad dvd page still ask a qualifying order number for me and doesn't accept my season upgrade order number.

    Go here:
    http://www.telltalegames.com/store/sbcg4ap

    and choose the second option:
"Strong Bad's Cool DVD Season + DVD!"

You will then get both. The Downloads and the DVD delivered to your adress (for the same price + shipping for the DVD).

I'm having this problem also. I'm trying to add the DVD to my cart, but it thinks I only have one episode of the game and it rings up as $21.
