Shipping only deal not working

Hello.

I bought MI with the gift option for my friend earlier and now I received an e-mail that I can buy the DVD and pay for the shipping only. I would like to get him the DVD as well.

I cant find any options that let me do this. When i go to the checkout I have to pay for both the DVD and the shipping?

Make sure you're logged in with the account that bought the series. Then go to store and click the normal DVD bundle (not the deluxe one) and order it like normal, but it should show up as $0.00 price.
If that doesn't work, email telltale support.

Hey, was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to upgrade to the deulux edition if you preorderd the game and are eligable for the free copy, paying the difference and the shipping? (of course)↲Thanks

Yes, it is. You should notice it only costs 15 dollar if you already own ToMI, instead of the regular $50 ($35 for the game, $15 for SE).

I tried to do that just for the kicks, and, for some reason, the deluxe edition cost to me $35 dollars instead $15, and I have the five games (I brought 2 and been Gifted 3, but I suppose that do not affect, right?)

That's... really odd. It should be $50 or $15, never $35. Sounds like a bug, you might want to mail TTG's support with that (not to mention with it not recognizing you have the full season).

If you bought individual episodes you should write to support in order to get it fixed.
    From the support FAQ:
I bought all of the episodes in a series separately. Can I get the free disc?
You sure can! Just email us with your order numbers or the email address on your account so we can look up your orders, and we'll send a coupon for you to get the free disc.

I'm sure somewhere they told me that should work even if I brought everything by separate. And, anyway, the problem is not about not getting the Free Disc, the problem is they applied the discount wrong, instead of discount $35 dollars to the package, they discount me $15 dollars, which is supposed to be the price for the upgrade.
