Another order mistake

Like some others recently, I too have made a foolish mistake and wish for a refund (in my case to make a bigger order afterwards, as shipping to UK can get expensive!) what can I do?

    I can do nothing about it, but better for you to send a email to support@telltalegames.com, because the Orders Numbers I think are confidential.

    I have the same problem and sent email to support but havnt got a reply and I dont know when the free dilivery offer ends so I hope I get reply in time

    Ok, thanks for the incredibly quick response! I sent an email to support a couple of days ago and haven't got a response, though it has obviously been the weekend, so will not worry too much yet :)

    So sorry if support is a little slow going right now, I have several hundred tickets to go through from last week that carried over to this week. And, of course, I get the weekend to breathe. I will continue to pour through these as quickly as I can.

    If you need an order canceled, just pm me and I'll try to get around to it today.

    2-3 days is nothing for a support request like this - I've dealt with companies that say they'll get back to you "in 2-3 weeks", so no problem. Will PM with details but emphasise that so long as I know it's going to happen, there's really no hurry in my case :)
