Shirt fit

Do the TShirts run on the large side?

I am on the edge of XL and XXL in America Apparel and I see these are Fruit of the Loom ones for the Max Skull + Crossbones shirts.


As you only do XL I'm worried about the fit. It's less about the gut and more about the shoulders btw...

    Sod it, I'll take my chances and order.


    Probably worth answering for the future in case anyone else has concerns though.

    I'll also update here when I receive it.

    Also looking for an answer to this. Just putting the shirt dimensions some where would be a huge help as I find it extremely hard to judge Amercian sizes to what they would compare as here in the UK. I'd rather avoid one being too small/dwarfing me if possible :)

    Yes more info on shirt sizes please - I'm not sure whether to order a Monkey Island shirt in M or L. Am I right in assuming that US sizes are larger than UK?

    I am wondering about the women sizes. Are they the same as the Max & Crossbones shirt?

    Also, I see that they are backordered. Do you know when they will become available?

    Hello,

    At this time we're still getting the shirts set up and aren't sure what the exact measurements are! When we have the real product in our hands, we'll have a more accurate assessment of how they fit in comparison to our other shirts.

    The Tales of MI shirts will be the same brand as the Max & Crossbones shirts - Fruit of the Loom Lofteez for men and Bella Ladies' Crew Neck for women. You can probably find sizing charts online with a Google search.

    Well if you have other shirts on hand to compare with, you can get those measurements can't you!
