in Tales from the Borderlands

So I bought the season pass for TFTB on the Xbox 360, mostly for the Pre-Sequel goodies, but I fairly enjoyed the game. Now, I have an Xbox One, and it says that I don't have the season pass. So do I really have to rebuy all the episodes?

    Yes; Episodes have to be repurchased on different platforms, except for when you are downloading the episode from a storefront that supports multiple platforms, such as downloading from the Telltale Store (or Steam) for a PC/Mac download, or a mobile store that supports multiple devices (such as iOS App Store supporting universal Apps that run on iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad).
