Absolutely he does. It's not even in dispute, he outright says it "I know what you really are".
How more obvious can Telltale writers make it ?
However, it's not said how he deduced that. Maybe he is simply trying to throw us off.
It irritates me that Joker is seemingly very cognizant of what is going on in Gotham yet the story never explained how he came to know all of this, right down to Lady Arkham being Vicki Vale.
How the hell does he know so much yet we know next to nothing about him ? It pains me that we are not going to get any answer for a while.
Obvious sequel baiting is obvious.
No. He nailed that one but it is not know how he came to know this. He is a Deus Ex machina in its most insufferable form. I think Telltale can be criticized here, dropping a character seemingly out of nowhere who happens to know a lot and gives us direction as to where to go next is somewhat lazy writing.
Bruce's cover is actually really good. He did not stay at Arkham enough for his identity to be compromised, Batman can skip a night or two. The only element which would seriously bring the two very close is that famous Wayne Enterprises backdoor that the Children of Arkham used and how it directly hampered Batman's tech, from there it is not much of a stretch to assume Bruce = Batman but for some insane reason Oswald did not connect the dots. All he seemed to conclude is that Wayne Enterprises (Bruce) was behind Batman's technological edge, or Batman was working for Bruce Wayne.
So from here how the hell did Joker figured it out so easily ? He wanted us out of the asylum because he knew we would deal with Victoria.
"John Doe" wanted a clear field.

That was my assumption. It was curious how he seemed to know so much about so many people.
Yeah it seemed pretty obvious that he knew.

The Joker is crazy, but he's also very smart.
Depends on which joker. Lots of jokers do know he's Bruce, others don't.
I believe they mean the telltale one my friend
Joker thinks everyone is Batman.
