Can't play what I paid for

I bought the season pass disk for PS4 in July & I'm unable to access & download Ep.2-5 unless I purchase each one separately AGAIN. I've emailed Telltale support multiple times & submitted support requests & haven't been given an answer or solution. Then I look online & see that they've known for MONTHS that the season pass disk does this & they haven't fixed it. How are they getting away with selling something to consumers that they know isn't gonna work, isn't that consumer fraud?

  • Had the same problem until I figured out that I had to download them through the in game menu. When I went directly to the playstation store to download the episodes, it said purchase. But when you access the store through the in game menu, you will be able to download them :)

  • Is that... What? That's really obvious, did people really not know that? I could have excused the, if this was their first game though.
