Petra from Minecraft Story Mode is a Jerk!
In every episode, Petra just HAS to be a real pain in some stupid way. Either it's because she tries to be cool and mysterious, she has a slight annoyance on someone, or she's just plain jealous that she doesn't get as much attention as Jesse. And yet she's STILL a big part of season 2! Why does Telltale force you to hang out with her all the time!? She's one of my least favorite characters in the whole game! What do you guys think?

I agree I would pick another character over Petra as she usually likes her way even though in the beginning of season 1 she was just a solo adventurer hopefully her attitude changes soon.

She's stubborn. That's the one big trait of her character that I notice. (from personal experience, too.)
I don't really like her in Season 2, as she really doesn't accept that we all have responsibilities now. She needs to 'grow up', really.
The one thing I'd really love to see this season is her taking responsibility for something and showing that she can change as a character too.
Sure, Petra helped out with some of the whole Wither Storm stuff, but she mostly went back to her ways in the Adventure! Arc.
So, hopefully she develops a responsibility for something by the end of this season, instead of caring for an enchanted sword.
That's just the personality they gave Petra to be as.

Don´t agree. She is the best and for once its you that needs to step up if you ask me (season 2 episode 1).
Eh, I don't see it. However I think Lukas is a idiotic jerk.
I know right? I chose Jack instead of Petra (in the ending) and she was sad because her sword was gone (even after trying to cheer her up for still being alive).
I wouldn't say Petra is completely a jerk. I mean, sure she has (some) reasons to act slightly different towards Jesse, but it's not like she can help it. It's her own personality.
The first season showed a different side of Petra, mainly because we didn't know her and because she chose to act "cool". She isn't that cool, more of a headstrong, adventure lover we see in the fourth episode (if you save Gabriel in the first ep, Petra shows up with no memory). Once she joined The Order, Petra simply dropped the whole "stay cool".
I kinda like her for that. She's not perfect or flawless (like how some of you would think of her). She's immature (not accepting the fact that her friends can't give her attention all the time when they're quite busy with their own life), quite oblivious in certain situations and she isn't that supportive. Despite these flaws, she's still a good friend. Although at the times, I want to strangle her using Luna's scarf. xD
I just hope she'll grow up, otherwise I won't hesitate to pick every option that calls on her bs. Being disappointed for choosing to save people instead of a sword, then not even bothering to say bye to your only friend that made time for you? Sure, it's almost reasonable (not at all).
