Confused by outcome of choices

While I didn't outright support Gordon in front of Waller, because I didn't want to piss her off, I remained supportive of him when ever I could. I never made any choices that would appear to make Waller likes me, but the outcome of my choices is that Gordon totally hates me and Waller likes me, even though she did threaten me with somehow finding out I am Bruce Wayne. Did anyone else take a netural stance in public but in private supported Gordon and was confused with the outcome?

  • Far as I can tell it comes down to your choice of interrogation suspect for the Riddler's location. If you visit Mori you piss off Waller, if you visit the Riddler's ally you piss off Gordon. It is kind of a shame that it comes down to that choice.

  • Gordon is being pretty childish there anyway. People love Gordon, but Gordon was in the wrong nearly all episode long. He didn't even try to work with the agency. He should have called them in at the beginning, and he should have shared intel like the puzzle box. He made mistake after mistake.
