Yeah he is he came back in Ep.1 of S2 and he has been staying at Sky City...
Honestly sometimes I think your joking for attention but other times...i just think your insane...
Uh.. Rueben isn't alive, and I don't see why Jesse would want to revive Torquedawg.. They weren't friends or anything. Plus.. Their bodies went "poof", so there's nothing to revive.
