How do you find out about Harley's father?

As the title says. I saw a youtube video where you talk to Harley about it, but have no idea how to do it myself.

    Gordon gives you a pendrive with the information. I suspect that it only happens if you call Gordon instead of Waller at the beginning, but I didn't try calling Waller to see if the scene changes.

    Ah, there it is. My current playthrough is making pro-Waller choices so that explains why I couldn't figure it out. Thanks mate.

    I'm not sure if it happens if you call Gordon or if you have to side with him in episode 1.

    I also went pro Waller! :D I love Waller but it sucks missing out on that information.
