Need Help with 104: Ringing Sybil

I'm playing all of the first two seasons to get me back in the groove. All was well until I got to the election. What enables the Sybil option on the people you can call from Sam & Max's office? The bug's already loaded with Lincoln and Sybil's told Sam what she looks for in a man.

Edit: I needed to pick up a flyer from next to Lincoln and give it to Sybil. Now, how to get Bosco's to appear in the budget...

    Yeah, forgot the flyer and got a little stumped there too during my replay.

    For your next question; maybe something to do with Sybil's new job? ;)

    Sorry I was talking out loud. It all came back to me when I revisited Sybil's.
