Perhaps you could make a Top _ thread and post your Top _ threads there as comments so people don’t feel like they absolutely have to stick to a certain topic and can make up their own.
I hate to be rude, but I do find the constant Top threads to be a bit bombarding, so I’d suggest what Blind Sniper said and try to make new threads because there aren’t many limits as to what kind of discussion you can make.
You don't have to make anything, making threads is purely optional.
You can make normal threads that lead to more detailed discussion about a topic (look at other threads here in General Chat if you want an example), or you can hold off if you don't have a lot of ideas.
As I said before, making tens of threads about minor variations of the same premise ("Top 5 [X]") for a topic can inadvertently block out other kinds of discussions that people want to have. Not to be rude, but other moderators and I have brought this up a couple times already.
