Pre-order bonuses help

So I pre-ordered Sam & Max Season 3 a few days ago but still haven't received a confirmation e-mail or the coupon code for a free game. I've sent two e-mails to TellTale support but still no reply to either of them. Any help please?

    Just recieved confirmation e-mail, excellent! But still no coupon code, not excellent! Can anyone help me with this?

    I too was mesmerized by the "includes a FREE game episode from the Telltale library along with exclusive membership in the Freelance Police Elite Forces!" claim and immediately purchased the season. I too have yet to receive any information on my free game episode or this Elite Forces dillio. I have sent an email to support. Will post again if I find anything out.

    Nevermind, I found my code buried in the order confirmation email. Very short code so you may not notice it if you're used to long codes. Also includes a link to the Elite Forces forum. Have yet to click on the link.

    The last part of the confirmation e-mail should look like this:

    "Hey, you preordered Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse! Thanks! Here are some details on your exclusive pre-order perks...

    1.) You get access to a private forum where you can chat with the team that makes Sam & Max games possible. Join the discussion by clicking here.

    2.) You get a coupon code good for one free Telltale episode:

    ***-***-***-***

    Enter the code in your cart to get your free game! This coupon code is valid now through December 31, 2010.

    3.) You'll get additional goodies and discounts as the third Sam & Max season gets underway. We'll talk about those a bit later; stay tuned!"

    where the asterisks in #2 represent a 12 digit coupon code.

    So is anyone from TellTale gonna help me with this problem? I would like the gifts and special stuff I was promised.

    If you purchase through Steam, apparently you get NONE of the bonuses - I preordered that way, and don't have a confirmation Email, nor is it listed under My Games. What's up with that?
