Cannot activate Sam and Max Season 3 episode 1

So as I understand it, you're supposed to be prompted for a serial number or a login when you launch Sam and Max, yes? It doesn't do that for me, and when I try launching the game, the demo just plays. Help is much appreciated as quickly as possible. It's kinda urgent. If it helps, this is the screen I get when I launch the game:

    The Episode is ready to go for you. The "Demo" has a different launch button.
    I guess you had an episode of another TTG-Game already installed on this PC?

    Yeah, if you ever logged in to the TTG Launcher, it remembers login and pass, and automatically sends it for confirmation wheter you bought the game.

    Yep, it looks like that should bring you through to the game. Are you running into the end of the demo at the end of Act 1 or anything?

    So if I get this straight, when you already had the demo installed, then bought the entire season, the complete episode is automatically unlocked and you don't have to download the first episode again?

    Thanks. I was a bit in doubt, and I didn't want to play through the whole tutorial again, twice.
