Purchase not showing on "Your Games"
Just purchased the "Sam & Max Season One Upgrade", but it's not showing up in my "Your Games" section, so I can't download it. Plus, I never got a confirmation email from Telltale, just one from paypal. Not sure what caused it. All I know is....

I think 3 people is enough proof of a "global" problem; I'm sure the good guys will fix it soon. I guess there's nothing left but being patient.
A confirmation of this would be nice, though.
I've just realised that I've recieved a reciept from PayPal for season 3 but no confirmation mail from Telltale for the purchase.
The TC has also mentioned paying by PayPal, what methods did everyone else use out of curiosity?
It's not quite a PayPal issue as I've just used it to buy other things off Steam with no hassles.
I also bought season 3 of Sam & Max with paypal but no receipt from Telltale...
Don't take this the wrong way, I'm sorry everyone here's having trouble, but I'm also glad I'm not the only one to face this. Kinda rules out it's a personal issue with my account.
It's morning in San Rafael now, so I'm sure the guys will see our messages and get on it soon.

Please send a support ticket into me at support@telltalegames.com if you have purchased through paypal, have a receipt but do not have your game in your account. Please supply ttg order number. Thanks for your patience, we will get this squared away today.
