What do you hope happens to this domain once it is expired?
When the website goes off because Telltale is shut down, what do you hope happens to the domain? Be turned into another forums-type thing? Be turned into a video site, commemorate memorial? Because it is that big someone, somesome it bound to buy it once it is expired, right?

Telltale once let the maxforpresident.org domain expire, and it turned into a Japanese porn site. This apparently didn't work out well for the porn site, and it's now a used car site. Or at least it was when I just tried it. Who knows what it will be tomorrow.
The official Walking Dead equivalent of Pornhub.

If they can not afford to pay there employees, I bought they can afford to keep a website up. Especially if they are shutdown there is no need for it. So next billing cycle for it it might go down.
Someone should be saving this website onto Wayback Machine.

I think @InGen_Nate_Kenny did something of the sort, but only for 1 megathread.
It already sorta is, just not as much as was convenient for me.
Someone could buy the domain but the website will be totally different with the css style script which is probably copyrighted. Someone could probably set up a new forum using the domain though. I own a few websites so I'd honestly consider buying the domain and setting up a forum not sure if it would be worthwhile though and expiration date for the domain is a long way off so it will be sometime before the sites gone.
if you did buy the domain you would be our savior
