Would you recommend Dark Souls 3?

It's on sale right now and I can't decide myself if I should buy it or wait for Dark Souls Remastered to drop on sale. What do you think?

  • Dark Souls 3 was my entry point for the series then I went back and played DS Remastered then 2. Honestly story wise it's not like you are going to be baffled or confused due to the general vagueness of the story in Dark Souls games. Plus DS3 has the best game play in the trilogy cause it's very much influenced by Bloodborne which you should play if you haven't already.

  • Dark Souls 3 is my favorit game of all time along side Witcher 3. The world and its lore is as deep as it is mysterious, not to mention the gameplay and boss battles are ever so freacking addictingly fun. Can't recommend this game enough.

  • I bought it. Surprisingly, I didn't die a lot in this game, well, in terms of bosses because I killed some on the first try and some on second (Probably because I played Bloodborne first). So far, I defeated the Abyss Watchers, on the second try.

  • I really dont understand this game. Whats the point of it, is it the story missions or just killing every possible monster. And i think that some of them respawn which is annoying.
I think also you can get lost easly, im just wondering what the hell im supposed to do in this game.
Can you convince me to buy it somehow...

  • This game is for players who want challenge, hack & slash and satisfying boss battles. This game isn't something narrative like Uncharted and The Last of Us, you have to figure it out by yourself. If you can't handle a franchise with hard difficulty, then I wouldn't recommend it.

  • As a fan of the first one and some what the second, eh. I didn't really like how it focused so much around dodge souling, I'm wearing a full suit of armor why the fuck do I need to dodge or be severely punished. They interjected bloodborne into the series, wasn't that great.
