PLEASE HELP: I get random shutdowns and turns on automatically after. at first when i use Adobe Premiere Pro CC it shuts down when it loads the program. So I uninstalled it, it was ok when i used Premiere pro CS but then after a while when playing a game that uses gpu or when watching a simple video. it mostly shuts down when i hear the AVR click once. I tried replacing it with another AVR but when the second AVR clicked, the pc also shhuts down then turns on automatically after.

  • my psu is 650W. i have msi gtx 1060 3gb , i'm pretty sure it's getting enough power right? no other accessories connected, just the usb mouse, keyboard and monitor connected to converter 'coz my monitor is vga only ang my gpu is dvi.

  • 650W is more than enough but it could be faulty PSU.

It sounds like that's the case since you said the PC shuts down and restarts but it can also be software related. My PC did the exact same thing when a GPU driver wasn't installed properly

  • i think i'm going to do that, reinstall my MSI gpu software, since it could have been causing the Premiere Pro CC Shutdown during launch

  • I tried loading my PC in another user, the AVR also made a loud clicking sound but only the monitor turned off then on shortly after. the clicking happened as soon as i opened msi kombustor.

  • It can be a lot of things from corrupted drivers to bad RAM or PSU.

Maybe try re-installing Windows just to be sure it's not a software issue ?
