Somi and Tomi Bundle Offer: and the DVD?

Hi awesome guys of Telltale!
I purchased the bundle offer yesterday, but now i can't take the DVD paying only shipping costs, in fact the system of your store don't recognize me as owner of Tomi and says 34.99$ if i add standard tomi DVD to my cart!
Bonnie, in a topic of forum, said that also who take bundle offer can have afterward the dvd with payment of only ship! So, can you help me? I want dvd!
Is owners of bundle offer able to have the DVD without costs except shipping?

    Did you put in your order number on the DVD's webpage before adding it to your cart?

    Above the "Proceed to Your Cart" button, there should be an area that says "Your order number" next to an "Upgrade" button. By putting the bundle's order number in there (at the very top of the website, click the "Your Games" button on the top right, and scroll to the bottom of that page; you should see your purchase listed with its Order Number in gray). After putting it in an clicking "Upgrade", it should show it costs nothing, and then you can add it to your cart.

    If that's not it, then I don't know what else I can suggest, other than see if someone else knows.

    Hi, belacqua. I am in the same boat (ordered the special bundle and can't figure out how to order the DVD for anything less than full cost).

    This http://www.telltalegames.com/monkeyisland is the only page that I have found for the DVD. It has no option that I can see for entering my order number and upgrading.

    I also had no luck with entering my order number as a coupon code, as mentioned in the FAQ (http://www.telltalegames.com/support/).

    I did send an e-mail to Telltale's support yesterday. I will let you know what their response is.

    Problem solved! Bonnie from Telltale's support responded to my e-mail. It seems that she needed to place the DVD in my cart. So, if you are having this problem, contacting support is the way to go :D. She got back to me very promptly, too.
