Was Lilly Pregnant in Season 4 of TWDG?
Um... Lilly in season 4. I saw a reddit post about Lilly being pregnant and now im speculating, she seemed really shocked and scared when she fell on her stomach after the explosion. I heard there were leaked weird audio files of her throwing up and crying? I dont know and I'm speculating...

No, those audio files were just prepared in case the Story required them to be used down the line, they often just recorded them lines to pass the time as they booked VO's for two hours at a time. But no, Lilly was not pregnant, her fear is more so due to her only real form of transport being destroyed with her on it, along with a herd of walkers on the beach and in the water.

Why crying, or laughing? It's just a sound effect to have in case the narrative required it, and to pass the time. My memory is fuzzy on it, but according to Kent they booked VO's for a couple of hours at a time, and when they had time left over for the VO Session, they'd record other sounds just they had that stuff in their hands
