Holy shit, for real? I mean, I can see Kyoshi getting a solo film but Zuko and Korra? Korra had like an entire show all about her, what else is there to add? And Zuko was pretty much a major character in the original. They need to justify those existence without using fanservice.
I mean, the Zuko one would likely be an adaptation of The Search comic, which was originally supposed to be a post series movie that Nick denied. As for Korra, who knows?

I finally got around to watch Halloween Kills. I wasn't a big fan of the 2018 movie so I went in with low expectations. And guess what? I enjoyed it a lot and I don't understand why people say it sucked. I am aware that it's not perfect, hell I can tell what the issues are. Without spoiling anything, this movie uses fanservice a lot. You get flashbacks, there are a lot of callback scenarios, almost all the side characters who didn't die in the original returned for this movie and most of them just serve the role of "Hey, I was in the original Halloween too. Nice to be here again, just for the sake of it". There is one thing that bothers me a lot. Just like Halloween 2, Halloween Kills takes place in the EXACT same night as the previous film. This logic will never make sense because there are too many events to happen in only one night.
Coming from someone who isn't really into the Halloween franchise (Only seen the OG, Halloween 2, Halloween 2018 and this one), this is my favorite sequel of the franchise. I thought it was much better than the previous film because Michael goes on a huge killing spree, the characters weren't as annoying and I loved how they handled the flashbacks.
And happy longest day of the year, which for me, is more of a curse than anything. That just means that my days are slowly but surely going to get darker earlier from here on out. As a golfer, that just means my window gradually gets smaller and smaller. When you get those few days in October and November that are nice, and then you realize that it's dark by 5:00, it sucks.
Also, since I haven't been on in the last few days, congratulations @AChicken
Today I learned that voice actor Graham McTavish played both evil villain Zoran Lazarevic in Uncharted 2 and bri'ish buddy Charlie Cutter in Uncharted 3, and it's kinda blowing my mind right now.
Glad you were able to enjoy it, but i thought it sucked. The one before it attempted to make Michael a bit more human than normal (you can tell he feels pain throughout the movie, especially when shot), this one through all of that out the window. The flashbacks were good. That was about the only good thing about the movie. A mob full of people and they only bring one gun to hunt down a known serial killer? No way that fire hose in the beginning doesn’t put him on the ground too, those things are so powerful. Them mistaking a crazy verison of danny devito for a 6’5 Michael was really stupid. Little John made no effort to escape or run for Michael, he just lets him kill him. The mob fight at the end was so dumb, why did they stop and why did none of them go for the head. Even Judy Greer stabs him in the back instead of the head. And did they run out of money or something because why did they shoot Michael killing the mob one by one super close up, it’s like they couldn’t choreograph a scene in which Michael kills the mob they had to zoom in on him which made it look so dumb. Why does the mob just sit there and watch him kill them all one at time? Lol. It was so bad. Very let down. At least it wasn’t as bad as Rob Zombie’s Halloween 2. Maybe i’m a little too harsh because i had high hopes for this one. Hopefully the next one is better.>!

I can totally see where you are coming from. I personally don't watch these films to expect an oscar-worthy storyline and yeah, the logic sucks so much in this film. However, the best part about it is, I would say, it's not boring at all. I can watch this film so many times and a have a good time with it.
I hope the final film has sort of an "Endgame" type of entertainment.

When do you think Metallica’s next album is gonna come out? Is Kirk’s EP worth checking out? Also, have you noticed the new change in their setlist? Trapped Under Ice & Dirty Window, songs they never play live. Pretty cool. Imagine a setlist playing only songs they never play lol. That’s how i pictured how the “Metallica By Request “experiment was gonna go, maybe they’ll play Prince Charming or something like that, but no it was just the same exact songs they always play with the exception of Germany requesting a few songs off St. Anger. I am shocked no one asked for Dyers Eve.

No one knows. While some members said there could be the possibility they take time during the pandemic to record or write, nothing more has really been shown. Could be years, but honestly, Metallica just seems more like a touring act at this point.
I don't know, I haven't listened to it.
Yes, love some of it. Moving Sandman to the third song, Master as the final encore, eliminating Nothing Else Matters, and playing rarities like Trapped, Dirty, and Bleeding Me is what I want to see. I just wish they'd play more from Death Magnetic. I would kill for All Nightmare Long to be brought back.
You and me both, the Metallica by Request was just such a wasted opportunity. The only times it worked was Finland getting Frayed Ends of Sanity, and Germany with St. Anger.
Doubt Prince Charming, I don't think they've ever played it live and that's a huge deep cut, not like Fixxxer which people begged for years to see.
Dyers Eve would be good, but they've retired that song I think. Lars just can't play that song anymore. It's great to hear him using the double bass on Trapped, but he always lazed out on Dyers

I got to see Hamilton live! It was great, but I definitely had to get used to not hearing the original cast. It was interesting seeing how the different actors performed the characters since many of them weren't one to one. The cast very much did their own thing rather than imitate the original, so certain songs or moments would have a different feel to them because of the change in inflection or tone. Absolutely loved whoever played the King, he was really fun and he did little things like thanking a random audience member who cheered at him when he stood on stage.
Overall had a lot of fun with it. I still do prefer the original but I really enjoyed watching it live and seeing all the really cool choreography, especially with the rotating stage, live.
Could someone give me a hand with finding a game, I have no idea if it's released yet, but I saw the trailer for it a while ago (maybe 2 years ago) but now I can't find it anywhere lol.
I remember it being a Telltale-like game with choices and consequences, it was set in the UK, and the story followed three separate characters. I vaguely recall the stories being fairly mundane until the trailer introduced a sort of sci-fi element but I can't exactly remember what. Also one of the stories involved an affair of some sort one of the characters was having.
omg in reply to lupin, I remember this game. I can literally picture its visual style, even the logo... it looks like a highway sign... Got some decent reviews

This is my ranking of all the canon Resident Evil titles I have played. Ironically, the top 10 are the ones that I loved the most because rest from the above is history.
I have to say, I’m not really understanding why people hate Mass Effect Andromeda. Don’t get me wrong, there are problems, the character models and facial animations are still bad, but everything else ranges from pretty good to great. Environments are well detailed, the new alien species are distinct from the originals, the characters are, for the most part, likable (except you Liam, you suck), and the gameplay is fantastic. Sure it doesn’t hold a candle to the OT, but I’m still having a good time.
I just have one problem…holy shit why are there so many side missions?! Every time I do one, 3 more take its place, and my quasi-OCD just keeps making me pick them all up. Every time I think I’m making progress…BOOM…more pop up. And it’s all tied into these research point things that unlock more perks and benefits and improve planet viability, so I do need to do them.
Side missions and I have a rocky relationship. I'm a completionist by nature, and every time something pops up, I feel obligated to do them. Usually it's in games I enjoy, so I don't mind, but I wish games were more creative with them. I wouldn't mind more 'You can do this side mission or this one, but not both' and letting the player decide, with some gameplay or story consequences, vs. being able to do everything.

I always thought how insteresting it is, it seems every time there’s a new album by them, as each album is released, more and more songs off the album are played only a few times, or never played at all. They got better with that with Hardwired and Death Magnetic, but there are so many songs on Load and Reload they’ve never played and i think never will. Especially since Orion Music + More flopped. James hates Escape and Jump in the Fire, Lars hates Eye of the Beholder, i wonder what songs Kirk and Rob don’t like. Lol.

Based on the trailer for the season a while ago, I know there's some sort of scene with a character playing guitar that hasn't happened in Part 1... I haven't seen the new episodes yet but I'll let you know if that pops up in there.

Guys, I think I am going to be in danger because my step-father came back to my hometown and even entered our home to find me and my sister. He never told me and even my sister that he was going to come back, even though he said himself he was done with us and would just move on. He went in, didn't do any harm to my great-aunt, minded his own business and was told that I was in another part of the country for a party. Afterwards, he left and said he was coming back later when we arrived. I am at my old home now and I am so scared to talk with him if he intends to come back.
Why can't he understand that what he is doing isn't going to make him feel any better after his divorce with my mom?
Change the locks. Not to scare you or anything, but if he doesn't live there anymore, he has no business just walking in.
He's not happy with the way things worked out, but he hasn't been doing the right things to "fix" the situation. Yelling at you or complaining about your mom won't work. Unless he demonstrates that he realizes he screwed up, stops playing "the victim," and is going to do things differently now, you should keep your distance.

Right now, for some reason, he didn't come back later as I was told. Maybe it happens today but I can't be certain. My sister suggested that we talk with him and we'll be completely honest with each other. I don't expect it to go well but I think it's time for me to confess myself and tell him how much he and my mom disappointed me with their childish actions. Both of these people are fucking morons for putting me in the middle of divorce situation and (my mom) lied to me about why I had to change my last name.

Mary DeMarle, the narrative director/lead writer behind Deus Ex and Eidos Montreal’s Guardians of the Galaxy (winner of Best Narrative at the Game Awards last year) has now joined BioWare as a Senior Narrative Director. I would assume that she is probably going to be involved heavily with the next Mass Effect game as I’d imagine most of the narrative/writing work for Dragon Age has already been completed.
Can someone who has played the more recent Deus Ex games inform me if they’re any good, trying to get a gauge if this is a good thing.
