Guybrush picture in lair Of the leviathan

In lair of the leviathan chapter, I forgot to pick up the Guybrush picture dropped by Morgan Lafley while inside the Manatee's stomach, now that I am out of Leviathan's stomach, is there a way to get the picture out of the manatee's stomach,or am I stuck and have to start over again?

    You have to get back inside the Manatee.

    Hint 1:
    If he only ate you.
    Hint 2:
    He doesn't find you delicious.
    Hint 3:
    You should offer him something he would like.

    Hint:
    It's something he really really likes

    Solution:
    Give him the Seahorse head and he'll gobble you right up
