Unusual Stupid bug on ep. 1

Ok.
Here is something anoying. My game (ep.1) grashes very often on Sybil's , Bosco's and The Office.
The things usualy load right , but then the game sometimes bugs.
And in my dream with Brady after picking up Maxes head from... the roof I find him in my Item Box like a black square. And when I Click on it the game just stops. No error messege , but once I Saw something from windows with a warning singn , but there was no text in the window.
Also when I once shot at the taillight of a driver. It didn't brake , it just dissapeared...
When I went to talk to the driver and said about his light the game crashed.
AGAIN !

I hope some nice guy from Tell Tale Games could help me , because this is like the most anoying bug I've got ever seen on my screen.

Did you try uninstalling/re-installing the episode?

Sounds like a videocard/driver problem. What videocard do you have, how much memory do have installed?

    Still won't work.
    512 RAM ( I'm thinking to make it 1024 )
    My processor is AMD 3000+
And my video card is also AMD
    :confused::confused::confused:

AMD video card? Are you sure you don't mean ATI, by chance?

What is the full name and type-number of that video-card? Is it a build-in (on-board) card ?
(if you're not sure, post the name and type-number of your mainboard/motherboard)

Adding more memory might help, try running the game with as little background processes running as possible. Try running on the lowest resolution the game offers (800x600) and see if that works better.

A higher price tag does not mean a better product.

You should post this on the Support forum.
