Not able to get Sam and Max DVDs

So I ordered Sam and Max Season 2, then decided to get the Sam and Max complete series few weeks later. Then I decided I'd like the collectors DVD but for some reason when I try to enter my order number(s) [Tried both] it said invalid number. Wondering what I should do. I shot support an e-mail and haven't heard back, or get an e-mail saying support recieved my e-mail. I just sent support another e-mail and again, no e-mail saying support recieved it.

    Check your spam folder, I have the same problem with the DVDs but got an automatic mail from the support.

    Well, as you have already posted The Great "I did not receive a response to my ticket" Thread, I guess you'll have to wait for a reply just like me.

    Thanks! But it is only appearing the "Season One Bonus Disc" and the "Season Two Collector's DVD".

    Does that mean that the DVD with the episodes is not included?

    No, that's not what it means.
    "Bonus disc" is just what it's called in the Telltale store, but it's just the regular (but quite collector-ish, I assure you ;)) Sam & Max Season One disc (with all the episodes and special features).

    Ahh... It was there when I checked my cart but I clicked off the screen and now it's gone again. Could you re-add it please Bonnie? I'll make sure I buy it then and there this time! :D

    I Bought season 2 and 3 before and I could order the bonus disc from 2 (and I bet season 3), but I also bought the Sam & Max: Complete Collection for introducing it to friends. Can i still get the 'Bonus-DVD' from season 1 for just shipping costs? Because it doesn't recognize the order number from the complete collection.

    Yes (and actually, since you bought seasons 2 and 3 twice, you should be able to get 2 DVD's for each of those seasons).
    As for the Complete Collection, follow the instructions in this post.

    First things first, that was a super double awesome quick response!

    Secondly I've mailed the support and am waiting for a response for that email. I'm not in a hurry or something (The download system rocks!) but the actual DVD would be a nice addition to my bookshelf.
