Sam & Max Season 2 DVD

Hi,

I ordered a Sam & Max Season 2 DVD more than 10 days ago (May 27th) and it still hasn't been shipped yet (The "Your purchases"-page says "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info."). Does it take so long because you guys at Telltale are very busy preparing the Monkey Island DVDs for shipping, or is this normal for oversea shippings?
I'm not angry or something about that... I just wanted to know what's going on :)

    Try e-mailing support and giving them about 5 buisness days to reply (how long it takes for my right now). They're swamped due to a bunch of people (me included) ordering the Sam and Max all season in one combo [Saddly I forgot to use my coupon to make it $30 so I paid $50] and ordering the season one and two DVDs. Plus with the massive ammount of ToTMI DVDs needing to be shiped they're kinda swamped.
