Charged for the wrong game.

IF I've posted in the wrong place let me know.

I'm not real sure if this was an issue on your web site or what but I was trying to order the new Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse as well as
Puzzle Agent..

Instead it processed for Puzzle Agent and Sam & Max Season Two (I already own Sam & Max Season Two).

I was able to resend the order and it went through ok on the second try but I'm still being charged for the first order that wasn't correct.

I have sent several emails to support requesting a refund for the invalid order but have met up with no response.


Please respond ASAP

    Allow them some time to answer your email (assuming you got the automatic response).
    They're kind of flooded with them, so it will take some more time.

    I'm pretty sure it was you who made the mistake though. Are you absolutely sure the first time you ordered Season 3?
    Well, anyway, they'll most likely refund, when they get around to it... Telltale's cool like that ;)

    I say it wont be untill next thursday that you get a response. (My guess due to their massive swamped support right now)
    However I think they should get a real support ticket system instead of an e-mail one. It seems like more than half the times my e-mails don't get recieved.

    Jeeze, they still haven't gotten back to me this is getting kind of ridiculas..

    That someone from support would have at least responded in the forums.

    I just checked my account and it looks like they refunded me.
    I happy that they took acare of the problem, but just wondering why no one emailed me about it..

    There was a reply to your multiple emails. It's possible it's in your junk/spam folder.
