This was one of the bit confusing puzzles, because at first I thought they have to be put in the right order (123). Don't know why they had to number them if they don't mean anything special.
You did? Wow. I'd like to see or hear how's that possible. I thought of many different ways, but I either ran out of commands (1 too many) or one lift went to trap.
I put them at 123 as well, and had one command slot spare.
(I think) I moved them all up two, then one to the right, then slotted in number two, then brought number 3 into play, then slotted in 1 and 3 at the same time.
I'm still trying to figure this one out, I found out that all move at once, if one is stuck on a barrel the one next to it moves instead of the one next to that, blah blah blah.
I just really can't figure out how to get the carts to the green dots.
What i found annoying is, although they move all at once, and are affected by all commands, if a platform is in the direction another platform whants to move, it will be blocked, although the platform will move away at the same time.
example: ("0" are platforms "_" are empty spaces)
______
__00__
______
I guess I am the only one who found this one extremely easy?
Sure, I failed once, because once I ran out of slots I removed one too little (resulting in an improper sequence... ugh) in the alternative path that would work, but I never ever had to wonder how to get the proper result, or how the mechanics of the puzzle worked.
Hmmm...
The odd thing is it seems I suck at Puzzle Agent compared to most people here, seeing their scores compared to mine.
I found this puzzle extremely easy too, I solved it on my first attempt, the instructions were clear and it wasn't much of a challenge to figure out what you had to do, I found it a lot harder to

Yup, that messed up my first try too...
My second attempt went wrong when lift 2 ended up on the leftmost green circle and stayed put. I expected it to go to the middle green circle as I assumed I needed the lifts to end up in order 123. Maybe remove the numbers of the lifts as they lead to false assumptions (and irritation for OCD people)
Add me to those who did not understand that all three platforms would move at once... that wasn't clear to me at all. :-/
Since I didn't find a way to select a platform in the first 20 seconds, I just assumed that they'd be moving at the same time. Then I figured that it was logical, if you could move them one by one it wouldn't be much of a puzzle

You must use these to arrange a sequence.
....
Can't you just read the rules? They were pretty clear about this one.
You did? Wow. I'd like to see or hear how's that possible. I thought of many different ways, but I either ran out of commands (1 too many) or one lift went to trap.
My solution was to put them 132.

Anyone got a spoiler picture or something? Please?

Different brains are good at solving different problems.
