order number says invalid

on the season 1 disc order page, it did work, but thrn i hit back to add some other stuff and now it won't and it says my cart is empty soo i um think i broke it *sweatdrop*

    Mine says the same thing. I want to order the Season One Case File too but it wont give me my CD for $0. Says invalid number.

    Jadekitten, yours should be fixed now. L33t Masta, if you wrote to support thenit should be fixed, but if you didn't, send that email so we can fix it for you. :D

    Something like that. We have it set up so that once the order number has been used for the free disc, it can't be used again for a second free disc (for obvious reasons!) But if something funky happens mid-order (i.e. cookie problem, navigating away from the checkout page at a certain point, etc.), the system may think it's invalid even though the order was not completed, and then we just have to clear it in our system so it'll work again.

    I was trying to order two separate discs, one for me and my pal, to place in a single order to split the shipping cost. But when that didn't work (because quantity is stuck at "1"), we decided to place our orders separately.

    So I placed mine, and checked out the cart. However, when it was time for his, both of the order numbers were already used up even though only one of the discs were checked out.

    I'll send the numbers and all relevant information, including additional products we want to order.

    Well, I had that problem too earlier, Paypal's fault.
    Fortunately it worked ok now, so thanks a lot to Emily for being so diligent! :)

    Lemming, you're a special case. :D We're trying to figure out the best way to deal with your order - you'll hear from someone soon.

    Anyone else -- definitely email support if you're having this problem. It's a lot easier for us to keep track of these issues through the support email than on the forum.

    Lemming - we just replied to your support emails. Make sure you read my mail as well as Ryan's, because things changed between when he wrote to you and when I wrote to you.
