Monkey Merchandise- SHIPPING!

All the Monkey Merchandise, including the Deluxe Editions, are shipping right now. The first batch of orders for the Deluxe Editions are leaving the distribution center TODAY, the rest will ship early next week. Happy Friday Monkey Fans!

    OH FINALLY! :D Maybe I'll now get that pre ordered DVD I pre ordered a year ago. :)

    Just a small note: you did order the DVD itself, right? The preorder gave you the right to get it for free (plus shipping) but you do need to order it, since your address could very well change in the meantime if they just sent it automatically! Not to mention some people don't care about getting the DVD and never order it.
    Preorders for the DVD started in March, so not a year ago at all, which is why I'm asking.

    I really like the content on the DVD. The commentaries are great and there's loads of interesting concept art.

    Mine still says backordered but I won't take that literally, I am sure it will arrive soon.

    Good to hear that it's on its way. I had emailed you about my order (i'm in Australia) and not heard anything back.... I await eagerly for my Monkey Island goodies :)

    So, you received just the standard DVD without the slipcover?
    If so (and since you preordered), write to support at support@telltalegames.com and they will help you.
    Just to clear up any (potential) confusion, the "Purcell edition" is just the standard edition with a slipcover around the DVD case, not a different DVD with bonus contents or goodies (outside of the slipcover, of course).

    Screw it. Thanks, but no thanks, Telltale. I'm flat broke right now and can't even afford the shipping on a DVD that I've been stupidly awaiting for several freaking months.

    Preordering gets you the Steve Purcell slipcover for free, not the Deluxe Edition.

    Yeah, it's pretty damn cheap of Telltale not to give us a bunch of physical goods for free when we're pre-ordering their digital downloads. :(

    Not that it's a rule rather than the exception, but quite a few people have received their package, while the order status still claims that it hasn't left the warehouse yet, so you never know!

    it's changed now, says it left on july 5.
    tracking just says shipping info recieved

    Ignore what you see in "tracking". I've recieved my package some weeks ago and the "tracking" still says "Electronic Shipping Info Received".

    Well... you'll get what you have ordered....
    The preorder said "exclusive purcell slipcover.... ".
    Back then the deluxe edition wasn't even advertised.

    Well, the slipcover is exclusive to TTG. You can't get it anywhere else.

    TBH, i would say it's not worth getting the DE, if you already have the slipcover. The extras aren't really worth $15.

    Yes, my Monkey Island merchandise arrived :)

    Took about 2 weeks to ship to Belgium.

    Mine arrived too (I'm also from Belgium). Well packed in a cardboard box and everything in great shape.

    The merchandising and packaging of the "Deluxe Edition" feels a bit cheap, though. The badge and coin are decent, but the map, voodoo card an coaster are a bit too "mass product" like. also the treasure chest packaging could be a bit more "inspired".

    All in all I'm quite happy with it...

    It may be. I can't add it to my cart either, and it has disappeared from the ToMI section of the store.

    i dont receive my shipment. USPS (Tracking) only says "Electronic Shipping Info Received" untill 1. July.

    Is it stucked? :-(

    Probably not.
    USPS's "tracking" number for international shipments is actually a delivery confirmation number (it only gets updated AFTER the delivery - and sometimes not even!).
    Where is it shipping to?
