Serial Number Problem

I just installed episode 4 from the devils playhouse but due to the fact that my internet connection has been down for a few days i have to use my serial key. The only problem is it doesnt work. Ive tried with dashes without dashes with space with space and dashes.. Help

    If I'm not mistaken, the serial key only works with an internet connection, and it only exists for if you're having trouble getting into your user so that it activates automatically, and there is a completely seperate manual activation code... or something.
    Contact support, I guess.

    Good luck with your internet, why is it down? Is it something specific to you or did your ISP mess up? :)
