Missing items in Tales of Monkey Island Deluxe Edition package !!!

where's the Voodoo card set ? i've received only one, i think im suppsoed to receive a bunch of them. And what about Steve Purcell's Poster print ? I've pre-ordered TOMI on the first day it was announced

you have to buy the set separately you only get one card in deluxe. The prints are also sold separately
weren't we promised to get Steve Purcell's print for free if we preordered the game ?
