No response from support

I've posted this in the main thread, but as that doesn't seem to be getting any attention I'll quote myself in a new thread:

Issue-33677 sent on the 16th of July. Received the automated reply and no more. I've never had any troubles receiving support replies from Telltale in the past and I have absolutely no spam filtering from my ISP or my email client.

Come on please, folks.

That's bad, try the contact us link at the footer of the page, I believe you will get the answer :)

Unfortunately this seems to be normal these days. I am really incensed that Telltale is not hiring any further support employees. Although I already got an answer from support, my "got serial instead of gift code" problem has remained unsolved for one month.

This info spooks me. i had 2 days off and bought Sam and Max about 24 hours ago. I could not unlock my game and sent in an email too with no reply except for a ticket (issue 35271). And i thought waiting 24 hours was long! I too am waiting for a reply.

Come on guys....shouldnt there be a department to handle this as its quite a priority issue. Purchasing something which cant be used should be number 1 to be resolved.
I pity the thread starter bcoz i wouldnt be able to stand waiting from 17th july. That is a WHOLE 2 MONTHS!

Strange this is i bought all 3 seasons and i could unlock episode 2 and 3 etc...as well as the Wallance and Gromit season. Looks like for me its just an issue with Episode 1 of Season 1 Sam and Max thus im pretty sure its nothing to do with my connection at my end and more of a bug with episode 1.

Sadly being episode 1 denies me the chance to play the other episodes i unlocked. 2 days off burnt i guess. And I thought buying the game this late since its release would rarely see such a bug like an activation bug.

Same problem. Got Tales of Monkey Island on Friday and I couldn't unlock it, so I e-mailed them. I got the automated e-mail but since then I've been waiting.

So unless someone here can help me out now (which would be amazing), how much longer should I be waiting?

Probably at least until the weekend is over and they're back at the office...
