W&G DVD Not Free... AGAIN... AGAIN!

Grrr...

Here's the story; Many months ago, I put the Wallace and Gromit DVD in my cart, but removed it lated because it made the shipping too high. That set off the flag. I got Bonnie to take it down.

Then I tried again. Once again, the shipping was too high, so I took it out. That set off the flag again. So I posted a thread here. No one answered. This was a few months ago.

Now, I would very much like my DVD, and with the Aussie Dollar at parity with the Greenback, now is a good time. Can someone from Telltale please lower the flag? Thanks.

    I did the same thing yesterday, but with the Strong Bad DVD. I decided to wait with that DVD until the S&M3 DVD is available (didn't realize it is coming so soon) and order both at the same time. So, now I can't add the Strong Bad DVD to the cart for free any more. Help please? Thanks in advance.

    Same with Strong Bad for me, thanks. I'd like it by Friday if you can, thanks. Strong Bad's free DVD system seems completely broken. It's not accepting my order numbers (for the whole series or the free episode).

    Just sent you my order numbers. It's pretty urgent that I get it all paid for by tomorrow, thanks.

    Same problem with me for season 1 of SM, season 2 SM, and Bone. I have all of the episodes but can not get the dvd's to be free

    The Bone DVD's are not free, even if you already own the downloadable versions.
    If you have a problem getting the Sam & Max DVD's to be free even though you bought all the episodes directly from Telltale, you should e-mail customer service at support@telltalegames.com.
