SoMI:SE How do I get my copy?

If I ordered Secret of Monkey Island from TTG, how do I get my copy of the game? Is it the normal TTG download-game-and-enter-online-key setup? Steam? Do/Can I get a physical CD like ToMI? Will my order/info be sent to LucasArts for fulfillment?

Also is the sequel, Le Chuck's Revenge available from TTG?
