Unable to purchase the BttF preorder.

I have the game in my cart, yet it won't proceed to checkout. I've refreshed the page, tried applying a coupon code, tried the button multiple times, turned off adblock plus, but it simply won't advance.

Can someone provide a fix?

    I too am having the same problem. Good to see it's not just my schizophrenic computer that's having this issue.

    Great Scott, it doesn't work here either. I WANT TO GIVE TELLTALE GAMES MY MONEY!!!! lol :p

    I have back to the future in my cart, and when I go to https://www.telltalegames.com/cart/checkout/ and click on checkout, it keeps bringing me back to the cart. I've tried two different browsers so I don't believe it's a cookies issue.

    I figured out that it works if you have at least one other item in your cart other than the BttF pre-order (and the Puzzle Agent bonus). It does nothing if you just have the minimum in your cart.

    Not sure if that helps if you're like me and pretty much own all the other stuff already, but figured I'd share what I learned.

    ....now to figure out what else to buy.... :)

    I have the exact same issue. here's hoping it is fixed soon.

    Same issue here. Also, now, every time I go to a new browser page, I get the encrypted page message from when you normally load the checkout.

    However it's working when I put something else in my cart. It seems like when I have just BttF and Puzzle Agent in my cart I cannot proceed. However if I add a 3rd item or remove puzzle agent, I can proceed. Can someone please look at the "Free with your purchase of Back to the Future" code on puzzle agent? I'm guessing there is a problem with it.

    Would I be able to buy JUST back to the future and receive a coupon for puzzle agent? Since I can't check out with bttf and puzzle agent in the cart and don't want to add a t-shirt just to check out.

    Yo! Having the same issues here! I wish to give Telltale a wondeful sack of money with a dollar sign. HURRY UP AND GET IT FIXED!!1

    Same issue here-not sure why it's not working, but tried in both FF and IE, and still can't get to checkout.

    Whew, I thought I was crazy. I tried in Chrome and then resorted to Safari with the same problem as mentioned. *waggles visa card at computer screen* Eager for it to be fixed! :-D
