Dear Telltale Friends,

I didn't receive an answer from you for my problem issue-38864. I checked spamm-mail and new messages but there is no response, since the 29th of November, when I stated my issue to you via e-mail. I don't get any tracking information from USPS, when I give the tracking number you gave me, and my package still hasn't arrived. I would be happy, if you could answer to me.
